Abstract
La divulgación presente se refiere a un aparato o dispositivo y método de codificación de imagen, y a un aparato y método de decodificación de imagen, por lo que la eficiencia de codificación puede mejorarse en la Copia del Intra Bloque (IntraBC). En la técnica presente, se muestra un ejemplo en el cual una imagen está divida en cuatro porciones (Porción #0 a Porción #3). En un caso donde una referencia para una porción diferente fue inhibida, un rango de referencia permitido a partir de una unidad del Árbol de Codificación (CTU) actual en la Porción #2 solo fue una parte que ha sido decodificada en la Porción #2; por ejemplo, a los bloques de la Porción #1 no se deberán referir. En contraste, en un caso de la técnica presente, el rango de referencia permitido o disponible, además, incluye porciones diferentes como decodificadas (Porción #0 y Porción #1); por ejemplo, es posible referirse, a partir del CTU actual a la Porción #2, a cualquier bloque de la Porción #1 como se muestra en la Fig. 5. La divulgación presente puede ser aplicada a, por ejemplo, un aparato de procesamiento de imágenes.
