Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un proceso para la preparación de 5-fluorotriptofol así como con un proceso para la preparación de (1r,4r)-6´-fluoro-N,N-dimetil-4-fenil-4´,9´-dihidro -3´H-spiro[ciclohexan-1,1´-piran-[3,4b]-indol]-4-amina utilizando el 5-fluorotriptofol obtenido mediante el primer proceso. El proceso de conformidad con la invención proporciona 5-fluorotriptofol en rendimiento y pureza mejorados sin la necesidad de purificación cromatográfica del producto.
