Abstract
La invención se refiere a un tubo intercambiador de calor (1) con un eje de tubo, una pared de tubo (2) y con nervaduras (3) que se extienden alrededor del lado externo del tubo (21). Las nervaduras (3) tienen una nervadura de pie (31), nervaduras del flanco (32) y una punta de nervadura (33), en donde la nervadura de pie (31) se proyecta substancialmente de manera radial a partir de la pared del tubo (2). La nervadura del flanco (32) son proporcionadas con elementos estructurales adicionales los cuales están dispuestos de manera lateral en la nervadura del flanco (32). Las primeras proyecciones de material (41), las cuales se extienden substancialmente en la dirección axial y radial, colindan con las proyecciones del segundo material (42) las cuales se extienden de manera substancial en dirección axial y circunferencial del tubo (1), en donde las primeras y segundas proyecciones de material (41, 42) tienen una línea fronteriza común (43). De acuerdo con la invención, la extensión axial de las primeras proyecciones de material (41) junto con esta línea fronteriza (43) es menor que la extensión axial de las segundas proyecciones de material (42). Un aspecto adicional de la invención es que las primeras proyecciones de material (41) colinden en cada caso en que un punto (44) en las segundas proyecciones de material (42) y que la extensión axial de las primeras proyecciones de material (41) en este punto (44) sea igual a cero. Además, un aspecto posterior de la invención es que las primeras proyecciones de material (41) estén dispuestas a una distancia a partir de las segundas proyecciones de material (42).
