Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método de estabilización del tiempo de gelificación del agente de unión durante la consolidación de una formación geológica en la presencia de una o más substancias activas catalíticamente, en las cuales un aglutinante es infiltrado en la formación, opcionalmente una parte del aglutinante infiltrado es expulsado opcionalmente por la limpieza con un gas o un líquido, y el aglutinante que permanece en la formación es curado, en donde el aglutinante incluye una mezcla de A) un heterocondensado que se puede obtener por la hidrólisis y condensación de al menos un compuesto de silicio hidrolizable y al menos un compuesto de un metal, de un fósforo o del boro, el metal es seleccionado de Al, Ge, Sn, Pb, Ti, Mg, Li, V, Nb, Ta, Zr y Hf, B) al menos un monómero u oligómero polimerizable, orgánico, el cual tiene al menos un doble enlace de C-C, y C) al menos un iniciador de la polimerización térmica sin una funcionalidad de peróxido. El tiempo de formación del gel del aglutinante puede ser estabilizado por el uso de un iniciador libre de peróxido de modo que el comportamiento de endurecimiento del aglutinante sea relativamente independiente de los cambios en el tipo y la concentración de los aditivos en el aglutinante, de los cambios del pH y de las substancias catalíticamente activas en las formaciones geológicas respectivas o en el equipo de producción.
