Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método de extensión de la banda de frecuencias de una señal de audiofrecuencias durante un proceso de decodificación o de mejora que comprende una etapa de obtención de la señal decodificada, en una primera banda de frecuencias denominada como una banda baja. El método es tal que comprende las etapas de: - extracción (E402) de componentes tonales y de una señal de ambiente a partir de una señal procedente de la señal de banda baja; - combinación (E403) de las componentes tonales y de la señal de ambiente mediante una mezcla adaptativa que utiliza factores de control de nivel de energía para obtener una señal de audio, referida como una señal combinada; - extensión (E401a) de la señal decodificada de banda baja antes de la etapa de extracción o de la señal combinada después de la etapa de combinación a través de al menos una segunda banda de frecuencia que es más alta que la primera banda de frecuencia. La invención se refiere también a un dispositivo de extensión de banda de frecuencia que pone en práctica el método descrito y un decodificador que comprende un dispositivo de este tipo.
