Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una planta como tomate, en la que el vigor de la planta se ha incrementado y se ha impartido adicionalmente resistencia al calor; se puede obtener una planta como tomate, la cual tiene el diámetro del tallo incrementado, así como la altura de la planta y se ha vuelto resistente al calor teniendo una proteína Della mutante, en la que una leucina que corresponde con la leucina en la posición 567 en SEQ ID NO: 2 en la secuencia de aminoácidos de la proteína Della se ha reemplazado con otro aminoácido, preferiblemente fenilalanina.
