Abstract
Una estación de equipo robótico de soldadura para detectar la desviación de un punto central de la herramienta de un soplete de soldadura. La estación está provista con pares de dispositivos de emisión y detección de luz para emitir y detectar dos haces separados de luz. Los pares de dispositivos de emisión y de detección de luz están orientados en un ángulo y separados uno de otro de manera que los dos haces de luz están en un ángulo uno con otro y el electrodo de alambre de soldadura es capaz de interrumpir simultáneamente ambos haces de luz cuando no hay desviación en un punto central de la herramienta. La separación previene que el electrodo de alambre de soldadura interrumpa ambos haces de luz cuando una desviación creciente del punto central de la herramienta se propaga a lo largo de la longitud del electrodo de alambre de soldadura. La primera y la segunda señales de salida generadas por el primer y el segundo detectores de luz se reciben por un medio para detectar la desviación del punto central de la herramienta.
