Abstract

Se describe un sistema 10 de circulación de pintura y un módulo 40 de alivio de presión utilizado en el mismo. El módulo 40 de alivio de presión comprende: una primera cámara 65 de flujo a través de la cual se provee pintura presurizada a dicho conducto 22 de suministro; una segunda cámara 69 de flujo a través de la cual retorna la pintura a dicho conducto 34 de retorno del tanque; un orificio 42 que interconecta dicha primera y segunda cámaras de flujo; y un miembro 46 de válvula inclinado hacia el orificio para bloquear dicho orificio. El miembro 46 de válvula se puede mover en respuesta a una presión en dicha primera cámara 65 de flujo que excede una presión de descarga predeterminada para desplazar dicho miembro 46 de válvula para abrir dicho orificio 42. Esto permite fluir a la pintura desde dicha primera cámara 65 de flujo hacia dicha cámara 69 de flujo, previniendo que ocurran fallas en el sistema 10 de circulación de pintura.
