Abstract

La presente invención está provista de: un medio (10) de captura de imágenes que tiene un sistema (11) óptico fotográfico y adaptado para capturar una imagen de un área predeterminada, un medio (31) de conversión de imagen para la conversión óptica de una imagen obtenida por el medio de captura de imagen para crear una imagen de vista panorámica; un medio (40) de detección de gotas de agua para el establecimiento de un punto de atención arbitrario en la imagen, una pluralidad de primeros puntos de referencia dentro de un círculo imaginario de un radio predeterminado que tiene el punto de atención como el centro de la misma, y una pluralidad segundos puntos de referencia correspondiente a los primeros puntos de referencia fuera del círculo imaginario, la detección de información de borde entre los primeros puntos de referencia y los segundos puntos de referencia, y la evaluación de la fuerza de circularidad de estas informaciones de borde, detectando de este modo las gotas de agua conectados al sistema óptico fotográfico; unos primeros medios (33) de detección de objetos tridimensionales para generar información de forma de onda diferencial desde la imagen diferencial de las imágenes de vista panorámicas en diferentes puntos en el tiempo obtenidos por el medio de conversión de imagen y la detección de un objeto tridimensional basado en la información de la forma de onda diferencial; un medio (38) de evaluación de objeto tridimensional para evaluar si el objeto tridimensional que ha sido detectado por los primeros medios de detección de objetos en tres dimensiones es otro vehículo; un dispositivo (41) de eliminación de la gota de agua para la eliminación de las gotas de agua conectadas al sistema óptico fotográfico; y una unidad (39) de control para el funcionamiento del medio de eliminación de la gota de agua, de acuerdo con el estado de unión de la gota de agua detectada por el medio de detección de gotas de agua.
