Abstract

La presente invención pertenece a la industria mecánica y electrónica, que se relaciona con un sistema para bobinar de estatores en transformadores y/o motores eléctricos. En este sentido, la presente invención se refiere a un sistema para bobinar que comprende un elemento de movimiento rotacional de las agujas y un cabezal (4) montado en el mismo, el elemento de movimiento rotacional de las agujas comprende un árbol (2a) de movimiento, dispuesto para mover el cabezal (4) linealmente y de forma rotacional. El elemento de movimiento rotacional de las agujas además comprende un elemento electro-magnético de movimiento rotacional del cabezal (4) integrado al árbol (2a) de movimiento. Cuando se utiliza el sistema descrito en la presente, en donde un elemento de movimiento rotacional electromagnético de las agujas se adapta al árbol (2a) de movimiento, el acoplamiento mecánico de los dos movimientos se evita, y el rotor gana libertad para moverse radial y linealmente dentro del campo magnético del estator. Esto da como resultado mayor flexibilidad y facilidad de automatización, que es un sistema con un ángulo de rotación electrónicamente programable y no un ángulo mecánicamente fijo como en las soluciones anteriores, además de que es más rápido que tiene inercia reducida debido a la ausencia de acoplamiento mecánico, mayor precisión debido a que elimina el conjunto de partes mecánicas, menos desgaste y daño y no requiere lubricación constante debido a la ausencia de atrición y fricción, además de un menor costo y necesidades de mantenimiento.
