Abstract

Un gasificador de flujo retenido, de biomasa de plasma de microondas, que comprende un cuerpo (8) de gasificador, una entrada de combustible, dispuesta en la parte inferior del cuerpo (8) del gasificador; una salida de gas de síntesis en la parte superior del cuerpo (8) del gasificador y una salida (10) de descarga de escoria en la parte inferior del cuerpo (8) del gasificador. Dispuesto fuera del cuerpo (8) del gasificador hay un sistema de procesamiento previo del combustible, que comprende un aparato (1) triturador de combustible, un aparato (2) tamizador, dispuesto corriente abajo respecto al aparato (1) triturador de combustible, una cámara de combustible (3) calificada para el diámetro de partículas, y una cámara (4) de combustión no calificada para el diámetro de partículas, dispuestas en paralelo y corriente abajo respecto al aparato tamizador (2), y una cámara frontal de gasificador, dispuesta corriente abajo respecto a la cámara (3) de combustible calificada para el diámetro de partícula; donde la cámara frontal (5) de gasificador está conectada en su parte inferior al cuerpo (8) del gasificador a través de un quemador. Dispuesta en la salida (9) de gas de síntesis, en la parte superior del gasificador, hay una unidad (12) de monitoreo del gas de síntesis. También se provee un proceso que utiliza el gasificador para la gasificación de flujo retenido de la biomasa. El proceso comprende:1) se procesa previamente un combustible de biomasa; 2) se introduce un gas de trabajo de plasma de microondas en un generador de plasma, se excita a plasma, luego se inyecta en el gasificador; 3) se inyectan partículas en polvo del combustible de biomasa en el gasificador, a través del quemador, mientras que, al mismo tiempo, se alimenta un oxidante al sistema a través de una entrada de oxígeno/vapor, se inyecta simultáneamente en el gasificador con el combustible de biomasa, se somete el combustible de biomasa a una reacción termoquímica dentro del gasificador; 4) se monitorean la temperatura y el contenido de gas de síntesis para implementar ajustes en la velocidad de flujo del oxígeno, la velocidad de flujo del vapor y la potencia de las microondas; la temperatura en la salida de gas de síntesis está entre 900 °C y 1200 °C, mientras que, al mismo tiempo, se descarga la escoria líquida a través de la salida de descarga de escoria.
