Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere a un método y un aparato para procesar una anomalía de terminal, y a un dispositivo electrónico; el método incluye: registrar información de hábitos de uso de un usuario en una terminal; adquirir información de operación que está siendo detectada actualmente por la terminal; y reportar información de alarma de anomalía a un objeto predeterminado cuando la información de operación no coincide con la información de hábitos de uso; de acuerdo a las soluciones técnicas proporcionadas en las presente divulgación, se distinguen de manera precisa usuarios de terminales autorizados de usuarios de terminales no autorizados, y se disparan de manera oportuna operaciones de alarma, lo que facilita la mejora de la seguridad de terminal.
