Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición agroquímica para el tratamiento de follaje, que no causa fitotoxicidad a una cosecha cultivada debido a la adhesión a esta cuando el tratamiento del follaje de un campo de tierras altas se realiza con piroxasulfona, pero que tiene un alto nivel de seguridad y un efecto herbicida sobre un amplio espectro de malezas. La composición agroquímica para el tratamiento de follaje comprende piroxasulfona y un material de enmascaramiento que enmascara la piroxasulfona, donde la piroxasulfona se microencapsula en -o se recubre con- el material de enmascaramiento, de modo tal que se evita la fitotoxicidad a una cosecha cultivada debido a la adhesión a ella cuando se realiza la pulverización del follaje.
