Abstract

Un electrodo (10) para el calentamiento óhmico de un líquido que contiene partículas y fluye a través del mismo, comprende una entrada y una salida que están conectadas fluidamente y están dispuestas de modo tal que hay un cambio de dirección de 60°-120° entre la entrada y la salida. Una celda (50) para el calentamiento óhmico de un líquido con partículas, que fluye a través de la misma, comprende dos electrodos (10) y un tubo dieléctrico (20) que conecta fluidamente los dos electrodos. Un aparato para el calentamiento óhmico de un líquido con partículas, que fluye a través del mismo, comprende seis de dichas celdas que están conectadas fluidamente en serie y están conectadas eléctricamente a una fuente de alimentación trifásica, de manera que el aumento de temperatura del líquido en cualquier celda es sustancialmente el mismo.
