Abstract

La presente invención proporciona una composición de mezcla de polietileno adecuada para películas sopladas y películas fabricadas a partir de la misma. La composición de mezcla de polietileno adecuada para películas sopladas comprende el producto de mezcla por fusión de: (a) desde 0.5 hasta 5 por ciento en peso de un polietileno de alta densidad que tiene una densidad en el intervalo de desde 0.950 hasta 0.970 g/cm3, y una velocidad de flujo de fusión (I2) en el intervalo de desde menos de 0.5 g/10 minutos, y una distribución de peso molecular (MW/Mn) en el intervalo de desde 10 hasta 40, y Mz en el intervalo de desde 800,000 hasta 5,000,000 g/mol; (b) 90 por ciento o más en peso de un polietileno lineal de baja densidad que tiene una densidad en el intervalo de desde 0.910 hasta 0.950 g/cm3, y un índice de fusión (I2) en el intervalo de desde 0.1 hasta menos de o igual a 5 g/10 minutos; (c) opcionalmente un agente de neutralización a base de hidrotalcita; (d) opcionalmente uno o más agentes de nucleación; y (e) opcionalmente uno o más antioxidantes.
