Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir nueces expandidas, comprendiendo el método las etapas de: (a) inmersión de una pluralidad de núcleos de nueces en un líquido acuoso hidratando al menos una porción de cada núcleo; y (b) inflar con pistola los núcleos hidratados causando al menos una de la expansión y la formación de ampollas en al menos una superficie exterior de los núcleos de las nueces. También se describe un método del método de producción de nueces expandidas, comprendiendo el método las etapas de: (a) inmersión de una pluralidad de núcleos de nueces en un líquido acuoso a una presión de al menos 100 MPa hidratando al menos una porción de cada núcleo; y (b) deshidratación de los núcleos hidratados causando al menos una de la expansión y la formación de ampollas en al menos una superficie exterior de los núcleos de las nueces.
