Abstract

Un proceso para la preparación de un producto de úrea granular mediante la granulación de una solución de úrea en un lecho fluidizado, en donde tiene lugar el proceso de granulación a lo largo de una trayectoria de crecimiento sustancialmente longitudinal, desde un extremo de comienzo de granulación (1S) hasta un extremo de descarga del producto (1E) de dicho lecho fluidizado, y entrando dicha solución de úrea al lecho fluidizado por medio de varias entradas de úrea (2A 2B, 2C) tomadas de una alimentación principal de úrea (2), donde un aditivo (6) se mezcla con dicha solución de úrea y dicho aditivo tiene una concentración no uniforme en dichas entradas de úrea, de modo que al menos dos de dichas entradas de úrea tienen diferente concentración de aditivo.
