Se describe una red para reparación ambiental, caracterizada porque comprende; uno o más sistemas complejos (BAT) adaptados para reparación ambiental y absorción de contaminación, correlacionados temporalmente e interconectados con una distribución espacial tridimensional; un sistema de operación central (COS) adaptado para controlar la red y uno o más sistemas complejos; los sistemas complejos son estructurados en uno o más agrupamientos, cada agrupamiento comprende un sistema complejo como un maestro y sistemas complejos como esclavos, cada esclavo reporta a un maestro correspondiente y cada maestro reporta al sistema operativo central.
