Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una proteína multifuncional, caracterizada en que comprende -exactamente un dominio que presente el antígeno, -exactamente una región Fc de anticuerpo, y -al menos un sitio de unión a antígeno, en donde el dominio que presenta el antígeno comprende en la dirección N-a C-terminal ya sea (i) un péptido que provoca una respuesta a células T, (ii) una ß2-microglobulina, y (iii) los dominios extracelulares a1, a2, y a3 de una molécula HLA-A*0201, HLA-A*1101, HLA-A*2402, HLA-A*340101, HLA-C*0304, HLA-C*0401, y HLA-C*0702, o (i) un péptido que provoca una respuesta a células T, (ii) los dominios extracelulares a1, a2, a3 de una molécula de MHC clase I seleccionada del grupo que comprende HLA-A*0201, HLA-A*1101, HLA-A*2402, HLA-A*340101, HLA-C*0304, HLA-C*0401, y HLA-C*0702 y (iii) una ß2-microglobulina, en donde el sitio de unión al antígeno se une a proteoglicano de condroitín-sulfato asociado a melanoma (MCSP).
