Abstract

Un objeto de la presente invención es proporcionar una alerta interna para el tubo de un enfriador de EGR, donde se promueve el intercambio de calor entre el gas de escape y el agua de enfriamiento, se previene una disminución en el funcionamiento debido a la obstrucción de hollín, y se facilita el montaje durante la producción. Una alerta interna (1) que se instala dentro de un enfriador de EGR para enfriar el gas de escape y usada en un tubo plano para el paso del gas de escape, donde: un material de placa se forma en una perfil en el cual los elementos cóncavos y convexos se forman en varias ocasiones en la dirección de anchura y en una forma desviada en la cual dicha repetición se desvía alternativamente a la derecha y a la izquierda en la dirección del flujo de gas en cada longitud predeterminada y una saliente (11) inclinada hacia la dirección ascendente de la dirección del flujo de gas y una segunda saliente (12) colocada en la dirección descendente de la primera saliente (11) e inclinada hacia la dirección descendente de la dirección del flujo de gas al mismo ángulo que el ángulo de inclinación de la primera saliente (11), se forman al cortar y al subir una parte de la superficie superior o una parte de la superficie inferior para cada segmento (10) rodeado por un par de paredes izquierda y derecha.
