El método comprende las siguientes etapas: a) al menos una etapa de provisión, en donde, en la etapa de provisión, al menos un equipo de prueba (112) de los medios de empaque primarios (118) llenados es provisto, en donde el equipo de prueba (112) comprende una pluralidad de medios de empaque primarios (118) llenados con el producto amorfo (128), en donde al menos un medio de empaque primario (118) de los medios de empaque primarios (118) llenados está afectado por al menos un contaminante (138), en donde el contaminante (138) comprende al menos un marcador fluorescente (142); b) al menos una etapa de capacitación, en donde, en la etapa de capacitación, el equipo de prueba (112) es presentado al menos a una persona que va a ser capacitada, en donde la persona que va a ser capacitada lleva a cabo un control de calidad visual para la detección de contaminantes (138), en donde el resultado de la etapa de capacitación es documentado; c) al menos una etapa de verificación, en donde, en la etapa de verificación, el equipo de prueba (112) es irradiado por la luz de excitación (116), en donde los contaminantes fluorescentes (138) son detectados, en donde el resultado de la etapa de verificación es documentado; y d) al menos una etapa de comparación, en donde, en la etapa de comparación, el resultado de la etapa de capacitación y el resultado de la etapa de verificación son comparados.
