Abstract

Se revela una técnica para obtener reducción de peso de un cuerpo giratorio forjado mientras que se mejora la productividad del cuerpo giratorio forjado. Se establecen agujeros centrales temporales para cada una de dos o más muestras extraídas del lote de forjado, de una pluralidad de cuerpos giratorios forjados producidos en un período de tiempo después de un ajuste de desalineación del molde hasta antes de un próximo ajuste de desalineación del molde. Luego se simula una forma final virtual de cada una de las muestras, en la suposición de que el maquinado es efectuado en base a los agujeros centrales temporales y se calcula una cantidad de desequilibrio rotacional en la forma final virtual. Luego, se calcula un valor promedio de las cantidades de desequilibrio rotacional en todas las muestras en el mismo lote de forjado y las posiciones de agujero central que permiten que el valor promedio se vuelva cero son establecidas como las posiciones de maquinado de agujero central para todos los cuerpos giratorios forjados en un lote de forjado correspondiente. Luego, los agujeros centrales son maquinados en las respectivas posiciones de maquinado de agujero central.
