Abstract
Un sistema de arbitraje de espectro dinámico (DSA) puede incluir un controlador de política de espectro dinámico (DPC) y un controlador de espectro dinámico (DSC) que juntos gestionan dinámicamente la asignación y uso de recursos (p.ej., recursos de espectros) a través de diferentes redes.
