Abstract
Se describe la tecnología para el uso de un objeto de gestión (MO) de alianza móvil abierta (OMA) para el control de la congestión en las redes móviles. Un nuevo tipo de MO OMA para el control de la aplicación de acceso específico (ASAC) puede incluir descripciones de flujo de protocolo de Internet (IP) que pueden ser utilizados para caracterizar las aplicaciones con granularidad fina.
