Abstract
Bloques de recursos en una red de Evolución a Largo Plazo (LTE) se pueden asignar mediante la determinación de un número máximo de equipos de usuario (UEs) en la red LTE que están permitidos para transmitir en un período utilizando un bloque de recursos dado; este número máximo de UEs se puede determinar de acuerdo con un límite superior en la potencia de transmisión global en la red LTE para el bloque de recursos dado; el bloque de recursos dado se puede asignar en el período a hasta el número máximo de UEs con base en la ubicación geográfica de cada UE dentro de la red; se describen sistemas, métodos, y dispositivos relacionados.
