Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para limpiar un derrame de aceite en un ambiente marino que incluye formar una emulsión de partícula estabilizada que contiene agua de mar, negro de carbón y al menos un componente del derrame de aceite y permitir al menos a un componente del derrame de aceite degradarse, de este modo remover tal componente del ambiente marino. El negro de carbón puede ser agregado a una mezcla de aceite-agua de mar para formar una emulsión estabilizada que contiene al menos un componente del derrame de aceite y el componente del derrame de aceite se permite degradar, de este modo removiendo al menos un componente del derrame de aceite a partir del derrame de aceite.
