Abstract
La presente invención está relacionada con la industria de los recubrimientos y más específicamente con la industria de la manufactura de materiales de base para pinturas y todavía más específicamente, con la industria de manufactura de materiales de base con materiales inorgánicos. Nuestra invención tiene, con respecto al estado de la técnica las siguientes ventajas: características de cubriente, poder tintóreo y blancura mejorados, permite un manejo adecuado de la misma aún con una concentración elevada de sólidos, hecha con materiales menos costosos. Dicha composición está caracterizada por comprender en su composición caolín con una distribución del tamaño de partículas: del 88 al 98% de las partículas deberán de tener un tamaño inferior a las 2 micras y solo el 10 al 30% deberán de tener un tamaño menor a 0.2 micras; y carbonato de calcio con una distribución de tamaño de partículas de tal manera que del 88 al 96% son menores a 2 micras y del 4 al 14% tienen un tamaño menor a 0.2 micras.
