Abstract
Esta invención se relaciona con sistemas y métodos para el craqueo por vapor catalítico de fracciones de hidrocarburos pesados que no contienen asfaltenos. El método permite mejorar hidrocarburs pesados a hidrocarburos capaces de ser transportados a través de tuberías y/o una etapa DE pretratado antes del tratamiento adicional en una refinería de mejoramiento, incluyendo las etapas de separar la mezcla de hidrocarburos pesados en una fracción ligera, una fracción de gasoil completa y una fracción de residuo de vacío con o sin al menos reducción parcial de asfaltenos: agregando un catalizador al gasoil completo y/o a la mezcla de esto con una fracción con asfaltenos reducidos y someter al gasoil completo catalizado y/o la fracción de aceite desasfaitado a craqueo por vapor catalítico para formar una corriente efluente; separando la corriente efluente en una corriente de gas y una corriente de líquido; y mezclar la corriente de líquido cori una fracción ligera y la fracción de residuo de vacío para formar un aceite mejorado. El sistema incluye equipo capaz de realizar el método.
