Abstract

A paint circulation device (10) comprises: paint guns (12a, 12b, 12c); a paint storage unit (11); a supply route (13) for supplying a paint from the paint storage unit (11) to the paint guns (12a, 12b, 12c); a return route (14) that circulates the paint from the supply route (13) to the paint storage unit (11), bypassing the paint guns (12a, 12b, 12c), when the paint guns (12a, 12b, 12c) are not in operation; circulation pressure storage means that store circulation pressure for the paint when the paint guns (12a, 12b, 12c) are not in operation; and a control means (19) that controls the circulation flow rate of the paint to be a predetermined flow rate in a constant volume mode when the paint guns (12a, 12b, 12c) are not in operation and supplies the paint to the paint guns (12a, 12b, 12c) at a pressure which is set based on the circulation pressure of the paint stored by the circulation pressure storage means, in a constant pressure mode when the paint guns (12a, 12b, 12c) are in operation.
