Abstract

Un ensamblaje de válvula de control hidráulico modular (1) para el uso en un sistema de control hidráulico accionado por piloto comprende una válvula de control (2) que incluye un cuerpo de válvula (3) que define un paso de flujo principal desde una entrada (4) en un lado de presión alta (5) de la válvula de control hasta una salida (6) en un lado de presión baja (7) de la válvula de control, un miembro de válvula (13) dispuesto en el paso de flujo y que separa el lado de presión alta del lado de presión baja, una cámara de control (10) que comprende medios para el accionamiento hidráulico del miembro de válvula al aplicar una presión de control a la cámara de control con el fin de colocar el miembro de válvula entre una posición abierta y una posición cerrada ajustando de ese modo un flujo principal a través del paso de flujo principal en respuesta a la presión de control, un orificio de alimentación (31) para alimentar fluido a la cámara de control para incrementar la presión de control en la misma, un orificio de purga (32) para purgar fluido de la cámara de control para disminuir la presión de control en la misma y un cubreválvula (8) que cierra la cámara de control. El ensamblaje comprende además una válvula de retención de alimentación (41) que determina una dirección de flujo de alimentación, una válvula de retención de purga (42) que determina una dirección de flujo de purga, un bloque de distribución (9) que incluye un recinto común, una entrada de control (27) en comunicación de fluidos con el recinto común y una salida de control (28) en comunicación de fluidos con el recinto común, en donde el bloque de distribución comprende además un canal de alimentación (31) que conecta el recinto común con el orificio de alimentación por vía de un estrangulamiento de alimentación ajustable y un canal de purga (32) que conecta el recinto común con el orificio de purga por vía del estrangulamiento de purga ajustable. La figura más representativa de la invención es la número 1.
