Claims (15)
1. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila (1) za uporabu u pilotski-upravljanom sustavu hidrauličkog upravljanja, te sklop (1) sadrži upravljački ventil (2) koji obuhvaća tijelo ventila (3) koje definira glavni prolaz strujanja od ulaza (4) na visokotlačnoj strani (5) upravljačkog ventila (2) do izlaza (6) na niskotlačnoj strani (7) upravljačkog ventila (2), element ventila (13) postavljen u glavni prolaz strujanja i koji razdvaja visokotlačnu stranu (5) od niskotlačne strane (7), upravljačku komoru (10) koja sadrži sredstva za hidrauličko aktiviranje elementa ventila (13) primjenom kontrolnog pritiska na upravljačku komoru (10) tako da se element ventila (13) postavlja između otvorenog položaja i zatvorenog položaja čime se podešava protok (M) kroz glavni prolaz strujanja kao odgovor na kontrolni pritisak, dobavni priključak (31) za dovođenje fluida u upravljačku komoru (10) radi povećanja kontrolnog pritiska u njoj, odvodni priključak (32) za odvođenje fluida iz upravljačke komore (10) radi smanjivanja kontrolnog pritiska u njoj, te poklopac ventila (8) koji zatvara upravljačku komoru (10), sklop (1) dodatno sadrži dobavni nepovratni ventil (41) za određivanje smjera dobavnog strujanja, odvodni nepovratni ventil (42) za određivanje smjera odlaznog strujanja, blok za distribuciju (9) obuhvaća zajednički prostor (25), upravljački ulaz (27) u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa zajedničkim prostorom (25), te kontrolirani izlaz (28) u fluidnoj komunikaciji sa zajedničkim prostorom (25), naznačen time da blok za distribuciju (9) nadalje sadrži dovodni kanal (33) koji povezuje zajednički prostor (25) s napojnim priključkom (31) preko podesivog dobavnog suženja (35), te odvodni kanal (34) koji povezuje zajednički prostor (25) s odvodnim priključkom (32) preko podesivog dobavnog suženja (36).
2. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da upravljački ulaz (27) bloka za distribuciju (9) sadrži ulazni otvor (43).
3. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da podesivo dobavno suženje (35) i/ili podesivo odvodno suženje (36) su igličasti ventili (39, 40).
4. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da blok za distribuciju (9) ima kućište (20) koje barem djelomično definira zajednički prostor (25), pri čemu kućište (20) ima gornju stjenku (21), donju stjenku (22) nasuprot gornje stjenke (21) gledano u aksijalnom smjeru, te obodnu stjenku (23) koja spaja gornju stjenku (21) i donju stjenku (22).
5. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da donja stjenka (22) kućišta sadrži dio prirubnice (29) za povezivanje bloka za distribuciju (9) na zajednički djelujući dio prirubnice (30) na upravljačkom ventilu (2), te zajednički djelujući dio prirubnice (30) sadrži dobavni priključak (31) i/ili odvodni priključak (32).
6. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da je navedeni zajednički djelujući dio prirubnice (30) upravljačkog ventila (2) postavljen na poklopac ventila (8).
7. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila prema zahtjevu 5 ili zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da se dovodni kanal (33) proteže iz zajedničkog prostora (25) preko podesivog dobavnog suženja (35) do dobavnog otvora (37) predviđenog u prirubnici bloka za distribuciju (29), dobavni otvor (37) je poravnat radi operativnog spoja s dobavnim priključkom (31) kada je blok za distribuciju (9) spojen na upravljački ventil (2), i/ili pri čemu se odvodni kanal (34) proteže iz zajedničkog prostora (25) putem podesivog odvodnog suženja (36) do odvodnog otvora (38) koji je predviđen u prirubnici bloka za distribuciju (29), te je odvodni otvor (38) poravnat radi operativne veze s odvodnim priključkom (32) kada je blok za distribuciju (9) spojen na upravljački ventil (2).
8. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4-7, naznačen time da kućište (20) ima središnji provrt paralelno s aksijalnim smjerom, pri čemu je središnji provrt zatvoren s umetkom (24), te pri čemu umetak (24) definira zajednički prostor (25) u kombinaciji s kućištem (20).
9. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da dobavni nepovratni ventil (41) i/ili odvodni nepovratni ventil (42) su prednapregnuti nepovratni ventili.
10. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da dobava upravlja zatvaranjem upravljačkog ventila (2) i odvod upravlja otvaranjem upravljačkog ventila (2).
11. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su dobavni priključak (31) upravljačke komore (10) i/ili odvodni priključak (32) upravljačke komore (10) integrirani u poklopac ventila (8).
12. Sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je dobavni nepovratni ventil (41) integriran u dobavni priključak (31) upravljačke komore (10) i/ili odvodni nepovratni ventil (42) je integriran u odvodni priključak (32) upravljačke komore (10), ili pri čemu je dobavni nepovratni ventil (41) integriran u bloku za distribuciju (9) u dijelu dovodnog kanala (33) između podesivog dobavnog suženja (35) i dobavnog priključka (31) i/ili odvodni nepovratni ventil (42) je integriran u bloku za distribuciju (9) u dijelu odvodnog kanala (34) između podesivog odvodnog suženja (36) i odvodnog priključka (32).
13. Pilotom pogonjen sustav hidrauličkog upravljanja koji sadrži sklop hidrauličkog upravljačkog ventila (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, te sustav hidrauličkog upravljanja dodatno sadrži ulazni vod (46) koji povezuje visokotlačnu stranu (5) upravljačkog ventila (2) s upravljačkim ulazom (27), izlazni vod (47) koji povezuje kontrolirani izlaz (28) s niskotlačnom stranom (7) upravljačkog ventila (2), a nadzorni pilot (48) je postavljen u izlaznom vodu (47) ili u ulaznom vodu (46).
14. Sustav hidrauličkog upravljanja prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da je upravljački pilot (48) konfiguriran od kompleta modularnih komponenata koji kao osnovnu komponentu koja je prisutna u svim uređajima konfiguriranim iz kompleta sadrži standardizirano tijelo uređaja sa šest otvora koji su postavljani u parovima na suprotnim stranama tijela uzduž tri osi, pri čemu se barem otvori uzduž dvije od osi međusobno poklapaju, na upravljački ulaz (27) bloka za distribuciju (9), i na kontrolirani izlaz (28) bloka za distribuciju (9) na standardiziran način.
15. Sustav hidrauličkog upravljanja prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time da su tri osi orijentirane međusobno ortogonalno.
