Abstract
Se proporciona un método que deriva el índice de la imagen de referencia y el vector de movimiento de una unidad de predicción actual, genera un bloque de predicción de la unidad de predicción actual usando el índice de la imagen de referencia y el vector de movimiento, genera un bloque residual por medio de exploración inversa, cuantificación inversa y transformación inversa y genera los pixeles reconstruidos usando el bloque de predicción y el bloque residual. Los pixeles de predicción del bloque de predicción se generan usando un filtro de interpolación basado en el vector de movimiento. Por consiguiente, la eficiencia de la codificación de la información del movimiento se mejora al incluir varios candidatos de combinación. También, la complejidad computacional del codificador y el decodificador se reduce al seleccionar diferentes filtros de acuerdo con la ubicación de los pixeles de predicción determinados por el vector de movimiento.
