Abstract
La presente invención está dirigida a un método para producir dos o más celdas fotovoltaicas interconectadas de película delgada (100) que comprenden el paso de a) proporcionar un artículo fotovoltaico que comprende: un sustrato conductor flexible, por lo menos una capa fotoeléctricamente activa, y una capa conductora transparente superior: b) formar uno o más primeros canales (140) a través del sustrato conductor flexible para exponer una porción de la capa fotoeléctricamente activa; c) aplicar un segmento aislante al sustrato conductor y expandir el uno o más primeros canales; d) formar uno o más segundos canales de compensación desde uno o más de los primeros canales a través de la capa fotoeléctricamente activa para exponer una superficie conductora del sustrato conductor flexible; f) formar uno o más terceros canales (170) de compensación tanto desde los primeros canales como los segundos canales, a través de una capa conductora transparente superior y a la capa fotoeléctricamente activa; y g) aplicar un material eléctricamente conductora (180) sobre la capa conductora transparente superior, y en los segundos canales, produciendo de esta manera dos o más celdas fotovoltaicas interconectadas.
