Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para extraer azúcar de la caña mediante difusión, caracterizado en que se somete el bagazo a varios ciclos sucesivos de operaciones, comprendiendo cada ciclo las etapas siguientes: poner en suspensión el bagazo en un jugo de lavado; sacar el aire del bagazo; poner en circulación a velocidad elevada el jugo cargado con bagazo en una tubería por medio de una bomba; y separar el bagazo y el jugo, con recirculación de una fracción del jugo separado del bagazo que se utiliza para poner en suspensión el bagazo en el ciclo considerado y transportar la otra fracción del jugo corriente arriba, considerando el sentido de progresión del bagazo, en donde se utiliza para poner en suspensión el bagazo en el ciclo que procede y el aparato para extraer azúcar de la caña mediante difusión, en donde los diferentes ciclos de operaciones se efectúan en una serie de niveles idénticos atravesados sucesivamente por el bagazo, caracterizado porque cada etapa comprende un resipiente para poner en suspensión el bagazo en el jugo de lavado; un ciclón para quitar el aire del bagazo y una bomba cuyo orificio de retroceso está enchufado a una tubería que alimenta un saparador en donde el bagazo se separa del jugo.The present invention relates to a process for extracting sugar from the cane by means of diffusion, characterized in that the bagasse is subjected to several successive cycles of operations, each cycle comprising the following steps: suspending the bagasse in a washing juice; remove the air from the bagasse; circulate at high speed the juice loaded with bagasse in a pipeline by means of a pump; and separating the bagasse and the juice, with recirculation of a fraction of the juice separated from the bagasse that is used to suspend the bagasse in the cycle considered and transport the other fraction of the juice upstream, considering the direction of progression of the bagasse, in where it is used to suspend the bagasse in the cycle that proceeds and the apparatus to extract sugar from the cane by means of diffusion, where the different cycles of operations are carried out in a series of identical levels successively crossed by the bagasse, characterized in that each stage comprises a container for suspending the bagasse in the washing juice; a cyclone to remove the air from the bagasse and a pump whose recoil hole is connected to a pipe that feeds a separator where the bagasse is separated from the juice.
