Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para identificar una célula T reactiva a células presentadoras de un antígeno activador de células T (célula T reactiva al cáncer), que comprende (a) determinar la expresión de al menos uno de CCL4, CCL4L2, CCL3, CCL3L1 y CXCL13 en células T a partir de una muestra de un sujeto; y (b) identificar una célula T reactiva al cáncer con base en la determinación del paso (a). La presente invención también se refiere a un método para identificar un TCR que se une a una célula cancerosa de un sujeto, dicho método comprende (A) identificar una célula T reactiva al cáncer de acuerdo con el método mencionado (B) de proporcionar las secuencias de aminoácidos de al menos las regiones determinantes de la complementariedad (CDR) del TCR de la célula T reactiva al cáncer identificada en el paso (A); y, por lo tanto, (C) identificar un TCR que se une a una célula cancerosa.
