Abstract
Sistema de fijación de un elemento de desgaste (16) en la nariz (19) de un elemento de soporte de una máquina de movimiento de tierras mediante un pasador (7) que se aloja en un orificio del elemento de desgaste y en un orificio (25) en la nariz, coaxial con el orificio del elemento de desgaste. El sistema comprende un retenedor (1), que es un material laminar con una pestaña flexible (3) que se extiende hacia la trayectoria del pasador al ser introducido en los orificios, interrumpiéndola. El retenedor está fijado al elemento de desgaste o a la nariz. La pestaña está doblada hacia el sentido del pasador cuando es introducido en los orificios. El pasador presenta un tramo de bloqueo (13) con un escalón cuya contrahuella (15) está orientada de tal manera que la pestaña topa con la contrahuella al intentar sacar el pasador. Para sacar el pasador hay que girarlo sobre su eje hasta que la pestaña sale del escalón y queda en un tramo en donde la superficie lateral del pasador se extiende de manera continua hasta su extremo final (10).
