Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sistema de fijación para fijar un elemento de desgaste (16) en el morro (19) de un elemento de soporte de una máquina de movimiento de tierras mediante un pasador (7) que está alojado en una abertura del elemento de desgaste y en una abertura (25) en la nariz, coaxial con la abertura del elemento de desgaste. El sistema comprende un retenedor (1), que es un material laminar con un reborde flexible (3) que se extiende hacia el recorrido del pasador cuando se introduce en las aberturas, interrumpiendo dicho recorrido. El retenedor se fija al elemento de desgaste o a la nariz. La brida se dobla hacia la dirección del pasador cuando se introduce en las aberturas. El pasador tiene un segmento de bloqueo (13) con un escalón cuyo elevador (15) está orientado de tal manera que la pestaña se apoya contra el elevador cuando se intenta quitar el pasador. Para su extracción, se debe girar el pasador sobre su eje hasta que la pestaña salga del escalón y quede dispuesta en un tramo en el que la superficie lateral del pasador se extiende de forma continua hasta el extremo final (10) del mismo.
