Abstract

Un método para inspeccionar las puntas de pipeta (1) cada una se extiende a lo largo de un eje longitudinal (L), el método comprende los siguientes pasos del método: a) Proporcionar puntas de pipeta (1) dispuestas en un primer portador (20); b) recoger las puntas de pipeta (1) del primer portador (20) mediante un dispositivo de sujeción (10) que comprende una pluralidad de elementos de recogida (11) para recibir una punta de pipeta (1) cada una; c) adquirir los datos de la primera imagen de las aberturas de salida de la punta de la pipeta (2) de las puntas de la pipeta (1) recogidas por el dispositivo de sujeción (10) por un dispositivo de adquisición de la primera imagen (30) cuyo eje óptico (OA1) está alineado paralelo al eje longitudinal correspondiente (L) de las puntas de la pipeta (1) retenidas en el dispositivo de retención (10) y en la abertura de salida de la punta de la pipeta correspondiente (2) durante la adquisición de los datos de la primera imagen; d) adquirir los datos de la segunda imagen de las puntas de la pipeta (1) retenidas en el dispositivo de retención (10) por un segundo dispositivo de adquisición de imágenes (40), el eje óptico (OA2) está alineado transversalmente con el eje longitudinal respectivo (L) de las puntas de pipeta (1) que se encuentran en el dispositivo de retención (10) y en los segmentos parciales de las superficies de la cubierta de la punta de pipeta respectiva (3) de las puntas de pipeta retenidas (1) orientadas hacia el segundo dispositivo de adquisición de imágenes (40) durante la adquisición de los datos de la segunda imagen; e) determinar si los datos de la primera y/o segunda imagen se encuentran dentro de los límites permitidos predefinidos mediante un sistema de procesamiento de datos (70); f) desechar las puntas de pipeta (1) cuyos datos de la primera y/o segunda imagen determinados en el paso e) estén fuera de los límites permitidos predefinidos en un contenedor de residuos (50) mediante el dispositivo de retención (10); g) dispensar las puntas de pipeta (1) cuyos datos de primera y segunda imagen determinados en el paso e) se encuentran dentro de los límites permitidos predefinidos en un segundo portador (20'); en el paso d) del método se detectan simultáneamente los datos de la segunda imagen de varias de las puntas de pipeta (1) retenidas en el dispositivo de retención (10).
