Abstract
La presente descripción se refiere a un método y sistema para insertar todas las horquillas de la corona k-th de un devanado de estátor en la misma región del espacio y las horquillas insertadas progresivamente son capaces de moverse a lo largo de una ruta de la geometría, de forma que siempre sea posible insertar la última horquilla de la corona como si fuera la primera sin ningún impedimento. Después de insertar la última horquilla en la región especial de inserción, la corona simplemente se centra a sí misma al eliminar el aparato, el cual permitió que las horquillas se inserten una vez más en la misma región de espacio. A dicho fin, las contenciones internas y/o externa pueden utilizarse, lo que permite a las horquillas seguir el perfil necesario. Por otro lado, la rotación de las horquillas puede obtenerse por medio de las clavijas cilíndricas o cónicas entre las diferentes patas de las horquillas. Después de ensamblar una corona, es posible ensamblar de manera progresiva las coronas más externas en el mismo sistema, de forma que finalmente tenga todo el devanado sin manejar las coronas. En particular, una vez que la corona más interna se ha ensamblado, ésta se baja de manera vertical a lo largo del eje de devanado, de forma que deje el espacio necesario en la parte superior para ensamblar la corona adyacente.
