Abstract

La invención se refiere a un sistema para almacenar o cultivar un modelo de órgano o tejido, y a un uso del mismo. El sistema está diseñado para verificar el funcionamiento de un órgano extraído o un modelo de tejido y permite tratarlo. El sistema se puede utilizar para cultivar órganos o modelos de tejido extraídos de donantes y/o producidos mediante otras técnicas, como el uso de bioimpresión 3D y/o 4D o tecnología de electrohilado, y comprende: una cámara (2) para el modelo de órgano o tejido equipado con medios para medir y ajustar la temperatura del fluido de perfusión en la cámara; un contenedor de fluido de perfusión (1) equipado con medios para medir y ajustar la temperatura del fluido de perfusión en su interior; medios (4) para medir la concentración de glucosa en el fluido de perfusión y para dosificar glucosa en el fluido de perfusión; medios (3) para medir el pH del fluido de perfusión y para dosificar sustancia para ajustar el pH del fluido de perfusión; medios para mezclar sin contacto el fluido de perfusión; y medios para medir y controlar los parámetros de flujo del fluido de perfusión.
