Abstract
La presente solicitud proporciona un dispositivo de detección y un aparato de calandrado de placas de electrodo, que están relacionados con el campo técnico de las baterías. El dispositivo de detección incluye un rodillo de paso, una unidad de medición y un módulo de procesamiento. El rodillo de paso está configurado para que la placa de electrodo pase sobre este. La unidad de medición se dispone en el rodillo de paso y está configurada para medir una presión que la placa de electrodo ejerce sobre el rodillo de paso. El módulo de procesamiento está configurado para evaluar si la placa de electrodo es idónea de acuerdo con la presión medida por la unidad de medición. Por medio del dispositivo de detección de esta estructura, se realiza una detección automática en línea de la calidad del calandrado con prensado en frío de la placa de electrodo, con una detección más oportuna, que requiere menos tiempo y de funcionamiento simple, y sin intervención ni detección de muestras manual, lo que mejora de ese modo en gran medida la eficacia de la detección de la calidad del calandrado con prensado en frío de la placa de electrodo y ahorra mano de obra.
