Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un dispositivo de recubrimiento (1) que tiene una pluralidad de componentes (9-12, 15-18, 19-22) los cuales son susceptibles a fallas de funcionamiento, un sensor de vibraciones (22) para detectar vibraciones mecánicas en el dispositivo de recubrimiento (1) y para convertirlas en una señal vibratoria la cual puede ser evaluada por la tecnología de control y que tiene una unidad de evaluación (23) para evaluar la señal vibratoria del sensor de vibraciones (22) y para diagnosticar un mal funcionamiento operativo en uno de los componentes (9-12, 15-18, 19-22) del dispositivo de recubrimiento (1) que son susceptibles a fallas de funcionamiento como función de la señal vibratoria. La invención dispone que la unidad de evaluación (23) diagnostique varias fallas de funcionamiento operativo de varios componentes propensos al mal funcionamiento (9-12, 15-18, 19-22) del dispositivo de recubrimiento (1) evaluando la señal vibratoria del sensor de vibraciones (22). Además, la invención comprende un método de operación asociado.
