Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un cable híbrido (10) de telecomunicaciones, cuyo cable comprende una sección transversal que comprende: (i) una porción de cubierta protectora central (20) que alberga en su interior al menos una fibra óptica (22), ubicada en una posición central de esa porción de cubierta protectora central (20), y al menos dos elementos de tracción centrales (24) colocados adyacentes a la al menos una fibra óptica (22); y (ii) al menos dos porciones de cubierta protectora periférica (30), comprendiendo cada porción de cubierta protectora periférica (30) por lo menos un conductor eléctrico (32a, 32b), en lo que cada porción de cubierta protectora periférica (30) está conectada mediante un conector (40) a la porción de cubierta protectora central (20), estando adaptada la porción de conexión (40) para romperse fácilmente para separar las porciones de cubierta protectora periférica (30) de la porción de cubierta protectora central (20).
