Abstract

Un método para fabricar una pieza de aspa de turbina eólica, como una tapa de larguero (41, 45), mediante moldeo por transferencia de resina, preferiblemente moldeo por transferencia de resina asistido por vacío, donde el material de refuerzo de fibra se impregna con resina líquida en una cavidad de molde, en donde se describe la cavidad del molde que comprende una parte de molde rígida que tiene una superficie de molde que define una superficie de la parte de aspa de turbina eólica. El método comprende los pasos de: a) apilar una pluralidad de capas de refuerzo de fibra en la parte rígida del molde formando una pila de refuerzo de fibra, b) proporcionar al menos una estera de mejora del flujo (70) en la pila de refuerzo de fibra, c) sellar una segunda parte del molde, por ejemplo, una bolsa de vacío, contra la parte rígida del molde para formar la cavidad del molde, d) evacuar opcionalmente la cavidad del molde, e) suministrar una resina a la cavidad del molde, y f) curar o endurecer la resina para formar la parte de la aspa de la turbina eólica, en donde la al menos una estera que mejora el flujo tiene una dirección longitudinal con una extensión longitudinal entre un primer extremo longitudinal y un segundo extremo longitudinal, y una dirección transversal con una extensión transversal entre un primer lado y un segundo lado. La estera que mejora el flujo comprende mechas de fibra (72) dispuestas en paralelo en la dirección de la urdimbre, y una pluralidad de monofilamentos individuales (73) que están dispuestos con una distancia mutua entre filamentos y orientados en la dirección de la trama.
