Abstract

Se divulga un componente de tubería para la industria petrolera y de gas; el componente de tubería incluye un tubo exterior y un tubo interior dentro del tubo exterior, dichos tubos están configurados para crear un espacio entre cada uno a lo largo de una longitud determinada; cada extremo del tubo interior está asegurado a la superficie interna del tubo exterior por medio de una soldadura de tipo filete frustocónico para que dicho espacio sea hermético a las fugas; el tubo interior tiene un primer diámetro interno ID a lo largo de una primera longitud que inicia desde cada extremo de dicho tubo y un segundo diámetro interno y más pequeño ID´ a lo largo de una segunda longitud que excede a la primera longitud. el componente de tubería incluye además una capa metálica protectora que se extiende, al menos, sobre la soldadura de tipo filete; también se divulga un método para producir este componente de tubería.
