Abstract
Dispositivo (1) para el tratamiento térmico de un componente (2), que puede disponerse en el dispositivo (1) en un plano de componente (E) definido por una primera dirección (x) y una segunda dirección (y) perpendicular a la misma, que comprende: - una sección de calentamiento (3) con un equipo de calentamiento (5) para calentar una primera área (7) del componente (2), - una sección de enfriamiento (4) con un equipo de enfriamiento (6) para enfriar una segunda área (8) del componente (2), estando dispuesta la sección de enfriamiento (4) aguas abajo de la sección de calentamiento (3) en la segunda dirección (y), presentando el equipo de enfriamiento (6) una tobera (9) para descargar un fluido de enfriamiento (10) sobre el componente (2), estando la tobera (9) orientada en sentido descendente en la segunda dirección (y), y presentando la tobera (9) un canal de fluido (15) con una abertura de tobera (16). Con el dispositivo (1) descrito, los componentes (2), en particular componentes de acero para automóviles, pueden tratarse térmicamente por áreas individualmente, siendo posible una delimitación especialmente precisa entre las áreas (7, 8). Para ello, la tobera (9) está orientada alejándose de la sección de calentamiento (3) y tiene un canal de fluido (15) con una abertura de tobera (16).
