Abstract

La invención se refiere a un laminador reversible en caliente equipado con uno o más sistemas de enfriamiento que consisten de barras de boquillas que rocían una pieza de aluminio. También se refiere al proceso de laminación en caliente asociado a este laminador de inversión en caliente en el que el sistema de enfriamiento sirve al menos una vez para poder producir ventajosamente hojas de aluminio. También se relaciona con el proceso para laminar una aleación de aluminio de la serie AA6xxx en el que se enfría una pieza en bruto durante la laminación en caliente y se obtiene una hoja con este proceso. La invención hace posible mejorar la productividad de los laminadores reversibles mejorando la calidad metalúrgica y/o la productividad de los otros pasos de fabricación. La invención es particularmente útil para proporcionar láminas de aleación 6xxx de calidad superior destinadas a la industria automovilística.
