Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a producir de manera posible eficientemente proteínas cultivando un hongo filamentoso que pertenece al género Trichoderma utilizando un medio que contiene un producto de pulverización de cascarilla de maíz que tiene una masa de partícula relativa máxima en un intervalo de tamaño de partícula de 70-150 µm en una distribución de tamaño de partícula basada en volumen obtenido por un método de medición basado en un método de dispersión y difracción láser.
