Abstract
Un método para obtener y procesar una muestra de lágrimas de un individuo, incluida la obtención de una muestra de lágrimas de un individuo mediante el uso de una estructura de polímero cónico flexible que tiene una abertura en un extremo distal de la misma, la abertura tiene un diámetro de menos de 1 milímetro y coloca el extremo distal de la estructura de polímero cónico flexible en contacto con las lágrimas adyacentes al ojo y aplicando presión negativa a la estructura de polímero cónico flexible. El método incluye además amortiguar la muestra de lágrimas mediante la adición de una solución amortiguadora, analizar la muestra de lágrimas para identificar los cannabinoides dentro de la muestra de lágrimas; y presentar los resultados del análisis de la muestra de lágrimas.
