Abstract

La presencia de patógenos (bacteria, virus y hongos) en alimentos frescos, es la causa de la pérdida de alimentos y de la propagación de enfermedades y muerte en los humanos. La invención aquí presentada, comprende un empaque semi rígido o flexible para fruta y verdura fresca, cuya característica principal es incorporar una barrera antipatógena mediante tinta aló-tropo del carbono y filtros de aire. El contenedor está formado por un cuerpo y una tapa de cartón, el cuerpo en su parte interna presenta un patrón geométrico impreso con tinta antibacterial. El cuerpo del empaque incluye un fondo con una ventana hueca, cubierta por dos o más capas de películas poliméricas microperforadas que tienen función de filtro de aire. Una tapa semi rígida de celulosa que incorpora una ventana hueca, cubierta por dos o más películas poliméricas microperforadas. Una segunda versión, comprende un fondo del contenedor de material celulosa e impreso con tinta antibacterial.
